Attention all Sheridan College students! PSB Fitness has opened 2 new workout centres at the HMC and Davis Campuses! And coming with these workout centres, we are offering a new co-ed socializing Cycling Class that is proven to be a stress burning exercise to all Sheridan students. Classes will be available on weekdays from 9 to 6 and open to all! Single sessions will be $12 or you can get unlimited access with monthly membership at $55

We all know that exercise is important to have a healthy body. But did you know that exercise can also help your mind? Our cycling class can help you burn off your stress right after your difficult classes at HMC or Davis to help clear your head and keep you motivated and going.
