Then why not try out Zumba classes in our Brampton and Mississauga locations (on Sheridan College campus) at PSB Fitness, The Zumba classes are run by Jessie who has 7 years of experience as a fitness instructor, previously working at Goodlife Fitness. We run 3 Zumba classes in a week, first one being on Monday at 5pm, next one being on Wednesday also at 5pm, and our last one on Friday at 7pm.

With a PSB Fitness membership, any fitness classes are already included within the membership fee. We are including a 1-month free trail for a limited time.

Before you get too excited, let’s explain why Zumba classes can be beneficial for you.

 

Reason #1: Zumba classes are productive.

In these Zumba classes the fitness instructor will play international songs and start leading the class with slow rhythm beats exercises and will gradually increase the intensity as the class goes on. If you’re not a good dancer, DON’T WORRY, the class environment is always positive and up-beat, in addition the instructor explains every exercise/movement in a very detailed manner.

These classes usually run for 45 minutes to an hour long as throughout the duration of these Zumba classes the fitness instructor will make sure everyone is engaged and giving their all.

 

Reason #2: Zumba classes increase cardio endurance and mental strength.

Zumba classes are best for increasing cardio as the fitness instructor will take you through a series of intense moves/exercises that requires you to move in every direction that will ultimately increase your heart rate and leave you breathless. This will help with your cardio endurance as all these exercises will help train your heart to be more efficient with each pump. After an intense 3-5 minutes, the instructor will slow back down the music and allow you to catch your breath and recover while still staying on the move.  These exercises are a good way to get in-shape because it helps burn tons of calories as you are constantly moving for the entire class. 

In addition these classes are beneficial because it also builds on mental strength. As previously mentioned, these classes will leave you breathless and exhausted, but this is where you push through the hardship and complete the task. This will help strengthen your mind as you are training yourself to not give up and push through the adversity. Zumba classes are a good way to get rid of stress which is also good for your mental health, as the classes are very up-tempo leaving you no time to focus on things outside of the class.

These classes are always having a positive environment with immaculate vibes as in these classes the music itself will already set an up-beat mood to the environment, combined with our fitness instructors motivational and inspiring work ethic to engage the whole class into performing dance movement participants thought they could never pull off. 

We encourage you to bring some friends to attend these fun classes with you as that will just enhance the unforgettable experience. The ultimately goal of our fitness instructor for these Zumba classes is for the participants to get an exercise/workout in without feeling like they are doing a chore. Instead, we want participants to enjoy the process of getting fit and achieving their gym goal.
