As you know, finding a new gym that is the perfect fit is sometimes hard to find. Here at PSB fitness we specialize in total client satisfaction, by ensuring that comfortability, reliability and always having a winning mindset is the main priority for our members. With over 14 years of experience, we at PSB Fitness take the time to learn and analyze our members goals and current lifestyle to provide our members with a professional level of fitness guidance. We have created an experience that no other industry has attempted.

Some of the plans include; Daily workout plans for standard members. Premium member plans would include, daily workouts with custom meal plans to give our clients the tools needed to succeed on their fitness journey. We know some days can be tough, therefore we encourage our members every step of the way. Our motto is “fall in love with the journey because giving up is not an option”. We instil these words around our gym to give members a constant reminder to be confident in yourself.

Workout Plan

PSB Fitness is a strength training facility that guarantees results in 12 weeks. We are dedicated to helping women and men improve their level of fitness so they can gain back confidence, be healthy, and enjoy a better quality of life.We offer many that different plans that are unique to everyone such as our standard plans which includes personalized videos from our trainers demonstrating each exercise on how to execute proper form, how many repetitions you should be doing and which body parts you will be targeting. Our premium membership Package offers the same benefits as our standard but also includes a weekly meal plan for the first 12 weeks.
