Mom & Baby Classes:

Exercise and bond with your child!Gentle yoga and stretching exercises are the ideal method for mothers to spend time with their infants.

Full-Body Mobility & Flexibility Training

This type of training combines flexibility and strength training to improve stability and posture.

Situated at Sheridan College, this establishment serves Mississauga and Brampton.

Moms’ Low-Impact HIIT

Our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercises are designed to be safe and efficient for new mothers who want to increase their metabolism and burn calories.

Class Schedule:

9:00 AM to 11:00 AM is the morning batch.
Batch Time: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
