Modern equipment, including cardio machines, free weights, weight machines, and functional training equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls, and resistance bands, equip the gym. Students can use the gym for free as part of their tuition fees.

The gym is open seven days a week, and the hours of operation are 6:00 am to 10:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekends. The facility has a friendly and welcoming environment with a team of certified personal trainers and fitness instructors who are available to assist students with their workouts. The trainers can help students create a personalized workout plan to achieve their fitness goals.

Apart from the gym, Sheridan College also offers various fitness classes, including yoga, spin, dance, and kickboxing. The classes are taught by certified instructors and are available to students at no additional cost.
