PSB Fitness provides professional basketball coaching in Mississauga. this program is a 3-day weekly program and every session players will be coached by experienced trainers or coaches. Training drills and exercises are essential and players will enhance their basketball skills with this program. Shooting, passing, layup, dunking, free throws, and many more are all fundamentals of basketball and this program will help improve players’ fundamentals.

Exercises such as strength and cardio will be trained in between training drills and the amazing workout area of PSB Fitness will be used as we provide various equipment that can help an athlete reach their highest potentials. This program can help athletes gain the skills and knowledge they need to make it to the big league, It can help athletes make it to a good college team where they can show their skills and get scouted by teams in the NBA.

Indoor basketball tournament In Mississauga

At the end of each month, members can sign up to enter a basketball tournament hosted by PSB Fitness. The tournament will consist of randomly assigned teams and members can play 5v5 games. Just like a real NBA game with time outs, referees, and NBA rules furthermore, this will help give members a real feel for what it feels like to be in an NBA game environment. The winners receive a free monthly gym membership. Athletes can use these tournaments to have scouts watch them play and potentially pick them up on a team. Stats such as minutes played, points, rebounds, assists, turnovers, and others will be recorded. This is so players can check their stats from each tournament and look out for what needs improvement.

HMC and Brampton campuses of Sheridan College is the location of our fitness center. PSB Fitness is affordable for anyone, our key message is “living a healthy lifestyle should no come at a cost”. Pricing for members is $1 per visit. PSB Fitness Provides many programs and classes such as swimming, basketball, volleyball, and kickboxing

The basketball program is part of being a member, members get all access to the training program. We believe if you have the skills and desire to become a basketball pro it should not cost thousands on training and coaching. Non-members can sign up for a free trial on the basketball program for the first week and can decide to become and member and continue the program or not. This basketball program helps athletes get into school teams, amateur league teams, or even the NBA. We hope we can produce many great athletes through our program.
