PSB Fitness is a newly opened gym located inside Sheridan Colleges Davis and HMC campuses. We are open from 8 am to 10 pm Monday – Sunday and offer our services to Sheridan College students exclusively. At PSB Fitness we ensure that with our help and guidance you will achieve your weight loss results sooner and in a healthy and respectful manner. Our goal is to provide you with a one on one personal training session to help you achieve your results hassle-free. With each training session, we provide each of our clients with a fully custom training program that is designed just for you and a customized diet that not only helps achieve your desired results but also takes into account any type of dietary restrictions you may have. When enrolling in our fat loss training program we will help you avoid injuries, save time by providing you with all the information that you will need in your fat loss journey, two or more weekly training sessions with our professional personal trainers, and see your results faster than expected. In order to lose body fat you have to burn more calories than you consume, this means not only controlling your diet but also following a rigorous work out plan that is designed to burn body fat.
At PSB Fitness we offer a one on one weight loss training sessions that are designed to help you burn your body fat and turn it into muscle. We do this by first assessing your body type and then creating a customized workout routine for you to follow. Weight Loss Diet

On the contrary, if you eat too little calories then your body will lose weight and fat in an unhealthy manner. Sleep
Sleep is a vital, often neglected, important component of your health. Sleep is important because it enables your body to repair and heal itself after a workout so it may be ready for the next day. At PSB Fitness it is important to receive an adequate (8 hours) amount of sleep to help prevent weight gain and other illnesses. Your training and diet are important, however, if you do not give your body the time it needs to rest and grow it will suffer.
