Attention all Sheridan College students! PSB Fitness has opened 2 new workout centres at the HMC and Davis Campuses! And coming with these workout centres, we are offering a new co-ed socializing Cycling Class that is proven to be a stress burning exercise to all Sheridan students. Classes will be available on weekdays from 9 to 6 and open to all! Single sessions will be $12 or you can get unlimited access with monthly membership at $55

HEALTHY BODY AND MIND

We all know that exercise is important to have a healthy body. But did you know that exercise can also help your mind? Our cycling class can help you burn off your stress right after your difficult classes at HMC or Davis to help clear your head and keep you motivated and going. We know that school can be frustrating sometimes. That is why we believe there is nothing better then finishing your day with a great cardiovascular workout to clear your mind. That way you can complete your work to the best of your ability while stress free and smiling.

SOCIALIZE WHILE YOU WORKOUT

Our cycling classes are the perfect place to socialize with your friends and to also meet new ones. One of the great things about our program is that socializing with your classmates and friends are encouraged! We believe this is required to get the full PSB experience as research shows that some of the mental benefits of working out may be due to the social aspect of it.

Have a group of friends that are already interested? Also wish you could have a private class for just the people you know! This is possible! With our great new facilities at HMC and Davis, we have the ability to offer private rooms and classes for all.
