We want to create a community where women help build each other to their best selves. At PSB Fitness, we want to empower women and make a safe space for women going through postpartum with postpartum-focused fitness, offering a supportive space to regain strength, confidence, balance and foster a welcoming community to support your journey!

Tailored to help women of all fitness levels build muscle, improve endurance, and increase overall strength in a supportive environment.

Postpartum Recovery Classes

Designed to support new mothers with safe and effective exercises that promote healing, strengthen the core and pelvic floor, and restore energy levels.

Mind, Body & Wellness Programs

Offering yoga, meditation, and mindfulness classes to help women manage stress, improve flexibility, and promote mental well-being.
